Responsibilities of the Design Project Manager:

The Design Project Manager is responsible for the strategy-finding, calculation and decision-making processes for the implementation of creative projects and the cooperation with partners. What opportunities and challenges are there in the economic planning and successful integration of sustainable and profitable design? What methods of approach are becoming established in terms of visual communication within a corporate design? What possibilities are there to actively integrate these developments into the communication strategy right from the start?

Aim of the course:

Participants will learn the knowledge, competences and skills of a modern design project manager. The knowledge to be achieved includes a wide technical knowledge of the main topics of modern design disciplines.
